Rachel is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern who received her
Masters in Mental Health Counseling at Reformed Theological Seminary.
Rachel is passionate about helping others facilitate change and pursue
healing through a holistic approach of care. As a counselor she aims to
encourage her clients to engage with their internal dialogue and awaken,

elements of interpersonal counseling, emotionally-focused therapy (EFT),
and attachment-based treatment to best fit her client’s needs. Rachel is

based interventions such as mindfulness techniques and Dialectal
Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills in session as well. Her experience

anxiety/depression, personality disorders, addiction, grief, infidelity,
marital issues and life transitions. Rachel is currently meeting with
individuals (14 and up) and couples on Wednesdays 12pm-6pm and Fridays
11am-5pm.
